Description

The Cold Trap is a condensation capture device installed between the process chamber and vacuum pump. By utilizing low-temperature surfaces, moisture and high-boiling-point gases are condensed and retained inside the unit, effectively reducing pump contamination and backstreaming risks. Available in KF, ISO, or CF flange standards, suitable for semiconductor, coating, and high-vacuum applications.
